  1. Thats horrible, I visited last year to see my dog was there and i saw food all over the place, smelly, and so many bad things it was just sad. I thank god i saw my dog before he was going to get in that horrible place. I hope these animals get a great home. ❤️

  2. The Board of the Directors and the President of a Non-Profit Organization under the rules and regulations of State of California/Secretary of State states "No member of The Board of the Directors or President of a non-profit that all Board Members and President "ARE TO BE NON-PAID VOLUNTEERS". I hope the Secretary of State, as well as the State of California Attorney, General is investigating the Board of Directors as well as the PHS &SPCA, and Ken White. Because it sounds like the Donations and Government Funding is being used to fill Ken Whites pockets. There's a name for this and it's called RACKETEERING and the last I checked, it's a federal crime. This money should be used towards repairing the shelter and taking care of the animals and NOT filling the pockets of someone that should be a VOLUNTEER under the rules and regulations of Non-Profit Organizations and the Federal Law regarding the rules and regulations of Non-Profit Organizations like PHS & SPCA..
