  1. CHRISTIAN COMPASSION IS APPARENTLY NOT ALLOWED ON BOTH SIDES !!! ———— SAD ———— Public attacks against both the Brother and Judge who ARE CHRISTIANS (NOTICE THE CHRISTIANS IN THESE COMMENTS BELOW)

  2. If y'all don't have some kind of faith that allows you to see the deep compassion and integrity this Queen of a Judge showed then you need to find something to believe in.

  3. Boy, that christianity is worst than crack! The white man's tool to keep Blacks loving them more than your own! Slavery at it's finest!

  4. I hope she doesn’t get interviewed by FOX News. They will exploit her kindness, and repackage it as a form of African American weakness.

  5. prison reform with a white girl who killed a brother, all these people of color serving time for petty crimes, this judge is the problem fighting for our oppressor instead of fighting for the oppressed, she is a real class sellout

  6. What an awesome person. She saw the humanity that was needed by the people involved and took measures to help them. Maybe we need more judges to think like this and we may have fewer people going back to prison after they get out.

  7. Judge you were wrong ! I challenge you to find a black man being convicted of murder and being hugged by the white family !!!!

  8. Why do we as black people always have to be the ones who bend over backwards first for them !!!! JUDGE YOU WERE WRONG !!!! You can’t explain this away !

  9. There is no other video or reports that show Judge Tammy Kemp giving hugs, bibles, and lite sentences to murders in her courtroom! But for this cops who has proven to be a racist she gets all that smh! I bet if that was her son, nephew, brother or husband that it happen to she wouldn't be feeling that way!

  10. The worst judge on this planet, she grinded her teeth and gave Joshua Brown an evil look because he testifyed for the defense, but a convicted murderer gets a VIP treatment & Bible hugs, all this is kind god-fearing compassionate Christian is all an act, she is by far worse than a rattlesnake. 👿👿👿👿Rest in peace Joshua Brown 🙏🙏

  11. This is embarrassing adjudge getting off the bench to hug a murderer show me where she did that to a black murderer what do only white women cops get hugs that murder people

  12. My question to the judge would be if Botham would have walked in amber’s apt and killed her and lost at trial would she have given him a hug and a 10 year sentence .

  13. The both of you (brother and judge) played yourself. Blacks or so called “African Americans” need to stop hugging and forgiving injustice. The killing of a man does not warrant a hug 🤷🏾‍♂️. The judge claim that this demon asked for a hug seems like a setup for optics. When amber guyger ask for an appeal are you still going to still feel enriched by giving that hug. In 2020 Blacks need to get back to understanding of we are better off separate and apart. Civil rights killed us a culture of people. I would not hug or forgive. An eye for an eye would be my thought process. In my opinion, forgiveness of murder should given by GOD not by me. Amber was given 10 years she might do 3-5 they will have her in protective custody then she will get released. That is if she does not win an appeal. The great thing is the universe has a way of delivering karma. Forgiveness cannot stop karma.

  14. There should be a petition for her to be fired for showing impartiality towards Amber and not towards Joshua. This thing doesn't deserve to serve as a judge.

  15. It's funny to think that Amber Guyger's defense team wanted the location changed because they didn't believe they would get a fair trial. Too bad they didn't get their wish. She would probably be doing twenty years. It seems blacks show a lot more sympathy towards caucasians criminals than they do their own.

  16. It’s sad in this day in age that a black man got killed in his own home while eating ice cream and the murderer who is white and blonde gets a bible from the judge with a hug and a light sentence. WHITE PRIVILEGE AT ITS CORE. SHAME ON THAT JUDGE. SHE’S A COLD BLOODED MURDERER WHO IS BEING PORTRAYED AS THE VICTIM. IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED.

  17. She thinks conversation rules the nation. Her actions were biased and inappropriate and that's the end of the story.

  18. nothing was fair about this case she should not have been on this case OK!
keep your religion in church lady dont bring it in the courtroom

  19. I hope she's sanctioned or receives some sort of disciplinary action. The hug was TOO far! As a judge, she knows better than anyone else in that courtroom how her actions would be viewed. This was a murder trial. Sorry, she can't explain her actions away. There is no 'good reason' for her to hug a defendant in a murder trial. She was out of line…period! I wonder how many BLACK defendants she comes off the bench to hug. She is a fraud!

  20. I freed many slaves in my day. Could have freed many more if I could convince them they were slaves in the first place. Harriet Tubman

  22. JUDGE STEP DOWN, WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR THIS BULL, TED BUNDY WANTS A HUG, THIS IS BULL, STOP THE BULL, WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT, SHE DID OVER STEP, TO MUCH KINDNESS FOR THESE KILLERS, SHE SOUND STUPID, WE DON'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT MS GUYGER SHE IS STILL A LIVE, BOTHAM JEAN IS IN A COLD GROUND, THAT IS WHERE HIS FAMILY WILL SEE HIM FOR THE HOLIDAYS, THIS JUDGE IS FULL SH……T.

  23. The judge is a good person. That's it. Plain and simple.. she has a good heart. Love this judge. Awesome lady . You all a bunch of hater talking bad about this great person

  24. Protest in front of Judge Kemp's house until she is disbarred and sued. The judge knew exactly what she was doing; pandering to Dallas law enforcement and White society

  25. Humans put stipulations on the instruction: "Love your enemies, Bless them that curse you, Do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you." Did God really mean that or was it a mistake? Judge Tammy Kemp, thank you for obeying God. Many may ridicule you, but you are endowed with the power from heaven to endure. Stand!

  26. How do you know if she was really really hurt …everybody cries when they about to do some time in jail….. and all of a sudden she wants the Bible???? Was she thinking about the Bible when she was making them nasty racist comments in those text messages they read so everybody can hear….. actions speak louder than words!!!!!!!!!! but in this case these people are so backwards…. there's nothing wrong with being nice and understanding but some things just don't make no sense and this one of them…..

  27. Wooow that judge is a great example of racism
How many black convicted murderer she had such empathy to? ? I search and come up empty

  28. I think a lot of black folks have Stockholm Syndrome. Embracing a convicted murderer. As many have stated, how many black defendants has she hugged and given bibles to. The only reasonable reaction should have been "why did you only give that racist 10 years"? Did that judge who gave that black woman 5 yrs. for voting give her a hug. And what makes it even worse is the white woman in N.C. who committed fraud and voted twice in the same election for Trump was released by the conservative judge because as he stated “It is not in the public’s interest to charge her with this felony offense.”… so I say, to every black person in Dallas, if you don't go to the polls next term to vote this woman out you have nothing to complain about.

  29. So when the Most High who Christianity claims to worship actually brings justice on these murderers and rapists and their descendants, will you Christians be mad at Him? Because you are certainly not more righteous than Him. Those who live by the sword will die by the sword. Those who lead into captivity will be taken into captivity. If you support these devils you will also reap what they have sowed.

  30. Well said Judge Kemp. Every trial is "case by case". This case was an unfortunate situation…where no one wins.

  31. ONLY U.S. POLICE OFFICERS WHO LIE AND MURDER INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THEIR HOMES GET HUGS AND BIBLES FROM JUDGES; BECAUSE THE WHOLE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT!

  32. I get it! The problem is Black people make mistakes and A LOT of black people were never even involved in the crimes they are convicted for! They are convicted and they don't get hugs…they get the harshest sentence possible. I guess the solution is to not withhold good but make it available to all… but boy that sure is hard. The main issue to keep in the forefront is with her history, we don't know if this is manipulation or sincerity…she was still lying throughout the trial!

  33. Only reason she hugged her was because she’s a cop this judge helped add to the divisiveness between our communities and cops and stop using it’s what Botham would’ve wanted as an excuse he would’ve wanted to not be shot !!!!!

  34. How many times have we heard the deceased victim family say they would have wanted forgiveness.. that's never got nobody out of a long prison sentence. The judge out of line.. Once Amber was a convicted murderer she should have been handcuffed.. No one should have been aloud near the prisoner except the bailiff.. What if the brother would have broken her neck or she tried to bite him to death or whatever..

  35. If she had been male….there would have been NO hugs that day. And he would have gotten a harsher sentencing. Enjoy that privilege, ladies. Treated as precious wittle victims even when you murder someone because you were "too drunk, tired, and distracted by sexual texts" from another woman's HUSBAND you were cheating with.

  36. Shoulda stayed quiet, bad time for black female judge's, the one that stood for something gets drug off the bench.

  37. What his brother wanted ??? His brother wanted nothing to do with Amber and that enraged her and she killed him point blank range….this is unbelievable

  38. She's a judge not a pastor or therapist a court room isn't a place to save souls but to dictate the law . She needs to be voted off the bench she's a disgrace .Comforting murdering racist cops she's a freaking clown.

  39. Wait….did she just day at the end “and Botham Jean’s death wouldn’t be in vain”. Ummm…lady his death is already in vain. He literally was an innocent unarmed man who was gunned down in his OWN apartment. There was no reason for that! There’s no way meaning can be made of that for some better good. Amber Guygor is a snake and is NOT a victim at all!

  40. What this imbecile of a judge did is a GREAT crime committed against her own…. as african americans.

This judge set black folks back another 400yrs by her stooopid antics with a murderer who looks nothing and cares nothing for black people.

She as let the whole black race down across this planet.

What she displayed infront of white supremacy is moronic and insane. This woman just made our lives as black people in america far far worse.

  41. "Please forgive yourself?" Looks like this judge is absolutely clueless about how Christianity works. No, Judge Kemp, you plead to God for forgiveness, after you repent. You have to repent, meaning to be truly remorseful. Amber Guyger is not remorseful for her actions.

  42. Amber Guyger played the judge to the end. Looks like she won to me. The judge lost all in partiality when she gave her a hug And the Bible.

  43. If she truly thought she was in her own apartment without physical reason to support that, she may have mental issues if there were no drugs or alcohol in her system. :/

  44. I bet your eyes just lit up when the wheels in your head started turning up there on the stand after the brother gave a hug how you could also be try to be perceived as hero and make a name for yourself at the same time. I think you maybe thought the media would instantly try to make you a star and most people would side with you and drown out the negative. But you completely missread the room and it all the American people very wrong. Virtue signaling over the body of this young man, I will choose to believe you are simply ignorant and not purposeful in all this.

  45. Amber is obviously smarter than Tammy. I mean it's obvious just from how her face looks and those texts she sent Amber is a very deceptive person. She played Tammy with crocodile tears until the very end though Tammy was a fool anyway.
Little thought; how many times did Amber cover her face? Imagine the guilt from killing someone accidentally then being plastered all over National television, you'd show a lot of distressed body language. Amber always made sure we saw those tears sitting nice and upright never wavering in her body language. Do you really think she's not going to say to her friends "I can't believe they only gave me X time" and laugh when she can?

  46. Wow. The comment section is so ugly. Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone. Nobody here is good or perfect. Get off your high horse and get with God. Humble yourselves. Remember…you'll have YOUR day in court in front of God on Judgment Day.

  47. Her arrogance is why she’s in this predicament. It was arrogant to step down and hug anyone, and even more arrogant when her peers corrected her and she won’t humble herself to accept she was out of place.

  48. It's a shame that humanity has directed their focus to a hug, leave this woman alone. If she didn't give Amber a hug after Amber requested one you guys would have called her racist. You're damned if you do and your damned if you don't. It was nothing wrong with judge Kemp giving that woman a hug, as Amber is still a human and she made a mistake get over the hug supposedly Christians and take that energy and pray for the Jean's family, As they're trying to cope with their loss, that's who needs your attention and prayers.
