I love when I reach to a state of Β a breathe in and a breathe out (Β are)Β Β become as a ONE.The problem is whenever I reach on that state,Β IΒ  always mistaken that somebody has turned on my table light or a flash light is torching on my face.Β In fact it is not. LOLAnyway. Thanks for the post. Enjoy
