THIS LITTLE GUY, AGESIS 2-MONTH-OLD, A DOMESTIC SHORTHAIRED KITTEN AND NEUTERED VACCINATED AND MICROCHIPPED. HE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE MILWAUKEE CAMPUS AT 11:00. ANDY: LINDSEY, SORRY WE HAVE A KITTEN HERE. YOU LOOK UP SET. LINDSEY: ALL OF THE FUSS. SO MUCH FUZZ HAPPENING. HE IS REALLY CHILLED OUT. FOR A KITTEN THIS IS A PRETTY BIG DEAL. YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE A KITTEN, ANDY ANDY: OH, THAT WAS FOR ME. AND ABBY, THE SAFE HAVEN PROGRAM. AN IMPORTANT PROGRAM FOR OUR ANIMALS.>>VERY IMPORTANT. THE WISCONSIN HUMANE SOCIETY WORK TO PROVIDE THE SAFE HAV PROGRAM. A PROGRAM THAT OFFERS UP TO 60 DAYS OF SHELTER FOR ANIMALS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS. RESEARCH SHOWS THAT 71% OF WOMEN WHO ARE SEEKING SHELTER AND HAVE ANIMALS HAVE PARTNERS THAT THREATENED, HURT, OR KILLED THEIR ANIMALS. THIS HELPS PEOPLE TO LEAVE ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS. AND WE’RE PROUD OF THE WORK THIS PROGRAM IS DOING TO HELP PRESERVE THE UNCONDITION LOVE BETWEEN THE PET AND ITS FAMILY. THOSE WATCHING IF YOU KNOW OF AN ANIMAL OR FAMILY IN DANGER.
